Is the Will written legally valid?

Within the UK, for your Will to be valid you must have it signed by 2 witnesses and sign it yourself in their presence. Make sure the witnesses aren’t mentioned elsewhere in your Will or it won’t be valid.

If I have made another Will is this one valid?

The Will that has been correctly signed and witnessed most recently is valid.

What happens if I die without a Will?

If I am married or in a civil partnership do I need two Wills?

Yes, if you are married or in a civil partnership you will need two Wills known as mirror will. You can add another Will at a reduced cost, let us know if you need this and we can help arrange it for you.
